Project Description

Formerly the site of a Chinese restaurant, the Jimmy Johns Franchise purchased the dilapidated and out of code structure adjacent to many of UGA student dorms. In order to avoid permitting issues with the county, a small portion of the existing building steel structure remained in place with the new restaurant built around it. This project was completed in 2010 and has been very successful due to its location.
