Project Description

Half Moon Outfitters moved from their former location in 5 Points to the site of an existing laundromat. In keeping with the spirit of an outdoor equipment retail store, the building was brought back to an industrial feel. The barrel ceiling was left exposed, as well as the exterior brick walls and concrete slab. Changing rooms and back offices were built, as well as upgraded lighting provided for the sales floor area. This project was awarded Best Renovation by the Athens Historical Society in 2015.
