Project Description

The project began with the demolition of ceilings and lighting in four floors of the GA Center Hotel Select Wing to accommodate new ductwork from two new rooftop units. The rooftop units were installed to bring outside air into the hallways and hotel rooms. After the ductwork was completed, new ceilings and lighting were installed. The project consisted of 2,000 square feet of ceilings and HVAC systems and was completed during a 6-week time frame over the winter holiday season.
