Project Description

Memorial Hall Large Meeting Space was a partial demolition and reconfiguration of an existing 2nd-floor mezzanine, originally constructed in 1910. The project included suspending the new meeting place structure from the existing floor above. Glass windows were added on one side to overlook the ballroom, and a new mechanical unit was installed to provide air distribution to the space. The build-out also included the installation of a new sprinkler system, hardwood flooring, architectural lighting, motorized room darkening shades, and acoustical sound panels.
